The 4th of July is always filled with lots of family and lots of fun.
It's always fun when Daniel and Corrin come to Parowan for celebrations. They are so much fun to be around.
Parowan City sets up bounce houses at the park for the kids to jump around.
Of course, Parowan also hosts races for the kids.
On your Mark,
Get Set,
GO!
Lincoln had a great time running in the race.
What's the 4th of July without some water?
We love to slip and slide and play in the pool on the 4th.
Next, we attempted to take some nice pictures of the kids for my mom. She bought all of them really nice outfits to wear. However, after a long day of sun, and fun, the kids were not really cooperating in the photo session. We did our best, but this is as good as it got. :)
Adam
This one of Adam is actually pretty good.

4th of July
Our 4th of July weekend was awesome! Since the 4th was on Monday, we decided to go to Parowan on Sunday and spend the day there. Tori and Lexie were in Utah so we took every opportunity to be with them. Lincoln and Lexie looked so cute for church.
The next morning, Tori, Dad, Daniel, Corrin, Mike, Kathi and I headed over to Enoch for a city 5K race. We ran and ran and ran and we had so much fun.
Before the race. Do we look confident?
The Starting line.
Dan and Corrin running up the last hill. GO GO GO!
We had to pose for another picture after the race. It always feels good to finish a race. We had a great time running together.
When we got home from the race, it was time to get ready for the parade. Lincoln looked so handsome in his 4th of July outfit.
Lincoln and Grandpa enjoying the cool Parowan morning.
Sweet Lil Lexie Lou asking for some fruit snacks.
Adam, Austin and Lincoln waiting for some candy to be thrown.

Happy 4th of July!

Home From Samoa
Mom and Dad Eves returned home from Samoa on June 28th. We were so excited to go to the airport to pick them up. They had shirts made for all of the family members. Each family has thier own color. It was fun to see the whole family all together in the bright colors.
The boys also wore the lava-lavas grandma made them for Christmas.
Here we have Hayden, Loban, Aubrey and Natasha. The kids were so excited they could hardly contain themselves.
Natasha, Bre, Aubrey and Steve just hanging on the couches.
David and Shanny... awww.
I took my ipod for Lincoln to watch a show on incase we were there for a long time before the flight landed. I needed back-up because the plane was not scheduled to land until 10:45 pm! That is WAY past bed time and I was trying to avoid any melt downs. Lincoln was a sweetie and shared the ipod with Bridger. Those two are best buds.
Baby Myah is so adorable. And Holli too!
Lincoln and Daddy. Just waiting for that darn plane.
See how dark it is outside? Man! I thought that plane would never come.
The Church Family.
Shanny and Gina.
By this point, Lincoln had had enough. Bridger was monopolizing the ipod so I found a show on my phone for Lincoln to watch instead. We were all very tired...
THEY'RE HOME! When they walked down the hallway toward our huge family, the kids showed every emotion possible. Some screamed, some laughed, some cheered, and some cried. Everyone was so happy to see them! Ray and Jill brought cute lei's made out of candy for everyone.
Grandpa Eves.
We are so happy to have them home!
What a memorable night. It's great to have Ray and Jill home. We are grateful for thier service in the mission and for their safe arrival back home.
While fixing up a home, Ray and Jill are living with us here. It is great to have them here and we feel lucky that we can spend so much time with them.
